Leadership Skill in Metin2
Leadership is an essential system in Metin2 that allows group leaders to assign various extra attributes to group members. This skill provides strategic advantages in group battles, experience gain, and boss hunting. As the leadership level increases, the number and variety of assignable attributes also grow.
Leadership Levels and Assignable Attributes

Development of Leadership Skill
To develop the leadership skill, the following books need to be read:

Each level requires reading a certain number of successful books.
Using Leadership Skill

Creating a Group: Group leaders can create a group only with players who have the same flag by using the "Invite to Group" option.
